Groups with the same headcount may need different transport because of checked cases, cabin bags, uniforms, instruments or equipment. Send both people and luggage details before the category is confirmed.

Use an estimate if final counts are not ready and update it before confirmation. Mention mobility needs, child seats, oversized items and whether the group needs to travel together.
